Support. Hi everyone, I'm looking for some help with my Mondeo mk3 2.0 TDCI 130 (2007) which failed the MOT on black smoke. It's not really bad and occurs on hard revving. (TDCi engine) He gave details of the belt he used, and I checked with my local car spares shop and they can get the belt, costs £30. Crank Pulley. I have just had my clutch/DMF changed on my 2006 Mondeo 2.0 TDCi 115 bhp estate with 149000 miles. The drive is now so much better and no more flywheel noise/vibration at idle. What the quieter engine has shown up is my crank pulley is now making a noise which is typical for these engines. I know it is much better to change the 29 posts · Joined 2013. #21 · Jan 27, 2014 (Edited by Moderator) the lumpy running is after 2 min from cold start, once the car is warm its lumpy after 15 seconds from then on, there cant be alot wrong if you floor it will spin the wheels in first second and third while changing up loads of power but its just not right.
